About the event

This in-person training is designed for qualified providers who want to deliver safer, more consistent outcomes and bring QuantumRF into their practice with clarity, confidence, and a repeatable process.


Hosted at Illumine Academy in Kansas City, you will train in a real clinical environment with a clear flow for the day, hands-on guidance, and time to connect the “why” to the “how.” You will leave with stronger decision-making around candidacy, settings, technique, safety, and patient communication, plus documentation resources you can implement immediately.


What You Can Expect

  • A 6-hour training day with two cases (Face + Body)

  • Hands-on training with high-touch guidance throughout

What You Will Learn

By the end of this training, you will be able to:


  • Explain the mechanism of action of RF technology in the QuantumRF platform and its effects on tissue

  • Identify appropriate indications and contraindications for treatment

  • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Demonstrate safe, effective local anesthetic and numbing protocols appropriate for RF-based procedures

  • Execute the QuantumRF procedure with sound technique, device settings, and treatment parameters

  • Recognize normal vs. abnormal tissue responses during and after treatment

  • Prevent, recognize, and manage risks and complications (including thermal injury, infection, and adverse aesthetic outcomes)

  • Educate patients on clear pre-treatment and post-treatment care

  • Set and communicate realistic expectations for results, recovery, and timelines

  • Apply best practices for documentation, informed consent, and procedural safety within an aesthetic practice

Who Can Attend

This training is for qualified attendees with an active MD, DO, NP, or PA license.

About Illumine Academy

Training at Illumine Academy is intentionally different than an on-site training. You get to step into a space designed for learning, see how the day flows in a real environment, and understand the behind-the-scenes support that improves safety, efficiency, and consistency.


The location is also convenient for travel:

Patient assessment + markings  

How to evaluate candidacy, map anatomy, and plan treatment with intention.


Tumescent + numbing protocols  

Tumescent preparation with a focus on safety, dosing, and practical application.


Sterile setup + patient prep  

Tray setup, sterile technique, draping, and workflow essentials.


Technique workshop: numbing methods  

Cannula vs spinal needle, when to use each, and how to stay consistent.


Case 1: Face (hands-on)  

Live procedure with guided technique, device settings, and decision-making.


Lunch (provided)  

Reset, ask questions, and review key takeaways.


Case 2: Body (hands-on)  

Live procedure with access points, tunneling workflow, and settings strategy.


Aftercare + wrap up
